Q: What ages do you train at Khaos Academy?

A: We currently train athletes ages 5 to 18, with specific groupings for development levels. From foundational U9 players to high school varsity athletes, we tailor every session to age and ability.

Q: Do I need to try out or get evaluated before joining?

A: No tryout is required to start. However, we do evaluate every player during their first few sessions to ensure they’re placed in the right training group or given a personalized path.

Q: What’s the difference between private and group training?

A: Private Training (1-on-1 or 2-on-1 or 3-on-1) offers highly personalized, position-specific coaching.
Group Training focuses on team concepts, game-speed decision making, and competitive intensity in a group environment (usually 6–12 players per session).

Q: How do I book a training session?

A: You can book directly through our website. Visit our Training Programs page, choose your session type, and check out using our online system. Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up instructions.

Q: Where are sessions held?

A: Our primary training location is at:

We also use local turf facilities and gyms depending on season and weather.

Q: What should I bring to training?

A: Bring:

  • Cleats or turf shoes

  • Water

  • Shin guards (for competitive sessions)

  • A strong mindset — we go hard at Khaos!

Q: What happens if it rains or weather is bad?

A: We will notify parents via text or email by 12PM on the day of the session if there’s a cancellation or location change. Make sure your contact info is up-to-date when signing up!

Q: How often should my child train?

A: We recommend 1–2 times per week for consistent development. Players looking to reach elite levels often combine private sessions + group training for best results.

Q: Do you offer summer camps or clinics?

A: Yes — we run seasonal camps, including summer elite camps and tournament prep clinics. These are promoted in advance through our site, social media, and email list.

Q: Is there a refund or reschedule policy?


A: We allow rescheduling with at least 24-hour notice.

Q: Do you offer team training or club partnerships?

A: Yes. We work with clubs and school teams to deliver custom group sessions, fitness programs, and preseason training. If you're a coach or director, contact us to build a custom plan.

Q: Can I train even if I don’t play for a club?

A: Absolutely. Khaos is open to all motivated athletes — whether you're in a club, school, or training independently.

Q: Is Khaos Academy affiliated with any soccer club?

A: We are independent and work with players from multiple clubs, schools, and regions. Our mission is to develop players no matter where they currently play.
